A time to make · A time to restore · A time to illuminate

A time to build, a time to weave, a time to paint, a time to shine.
Icons rise from the rhythm of woodworking,
Stained glass flows from the layers of shadow puppets,
Geometric forms unfold from the patterns of bamboo weaving.
I dwell in the UK, yet my roots sink deep in China.
From East to West, from handcraft to sacred art,
Each fold, each stroke, each layer whispers the memory of the other,
Turning small gestures into enduring rhythm and quiet light.
A time to build. A time to mend. A time to gather.

The New Jerusalem in London
“Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” — Matthew 6:10 “And did those feet in ancient time / Walk upon England’s mountains green?” — William Blake
The New Jerusalem walks softly through London.
Twelve saints and their churches stand as they were before the Great Fire,
a map of London in 1553 lies at its heart.
Seven gates mark the city’s core, twelve gates open outward toward heaven.
Each brushstroke carries the rhythm of sacred stories,
each color folds heaven into the streets,
turning small gestures into a quiet bridge between earth and sky.
A humble gift, a prayer, and a blessing for the city I love.
